Abortion is murder and it angers God. But when repentance is brought to him God is merciful to forgive that sin, just as he is merciful to forgive other sins when brought to him in repentance. We are to speak the truth in love to people of what the Word of the Lord says. For if we don't, it is written that their blood shall be on our hands. We are not to judge or condemn, for that is up to the lord. But we are too worn and tell them the truth so that they may use their free will to decide if they will continue to turn their back on God or if they will repent and be covered under the wings of the Almighty.
Let's take a look at Psalm 106.
In verse 36 - 38, we see that they did not serve God but instead served idols and they sacrificed their sons and daughters to demons (baal, molech):
[36] They served their idols, Which became a snare to them. [37] They even sacrificed their sons And their daughters to demons, [38] And shed innocent blood, The blood of their sons and daughters, Whom they sacrificed to the idols of Canaan; And the land was polluted with blood.
In verse 39 we see that they did this to themselves:
[39] Thus they were defiled by their own works, And played the harlot by their own deeds.
Because of their sins and turning their back on the Lord and not being in Repentance and turning from their ways, the Lord Placed judgment upon them and showed them his wrath, as well as also turning them over to their enemies and he placed people who hated them to rule over them as we see in verses 40-42:
[40] Therefore the wrath of the Lord was kindled against His people, So that He abhorred His own inheritance. [41] And He gave them into the hand of the Gentiles, And those who hated them ruled over them. [42] Their enemies also oppressed them, And they were brought into subjection under their hand.
But then we see that the Lord showed Mercy and delivered them. But yet again they continued to rebel against him, as we see in verse 43:
[43] Many times He delivered them; But they rebelled in their counsel, And were brought low for their iniquity.
However! When we repent, and cry out, as it says in verse 44-48, he remembers his Covenant with us and shows mercy!
[44] Nevertheless He regarded their affliction, When He heard their cry; [45] And for their sake He remembered His covenant, And relented according to the multitude of His mercies. [46] He also made them to be pitied By all those who carried them away captive. [47] Save us, O Lord our God, And gather us from among the Gentiles, To give thanks to Your holy name, To triumph in Your praise. [48] Blessed be the Lord God of Israel From everlasting to everlasting! And let all the people say, “Amen!” Praise the Lord!

The Lord is telling us that abortion, child sacrifice, is a sin. But he is telling us there is hope, that he gives us Grace and mercy. You don't have to live with shame, that is what the enemy wants. All you need to do is repent! Which means, turn from doing things that the Lord hates ask him for forgiveness, and consecrate yourself to him, and he will show you love and mercy and forget your sin!
There is not one person that God created that he does not love and does not want to come to him. So whatever the enemy is lying to you and saying you are too dirty you are too unclean, rebuke those thoughts and rebuke the enemy! Put your hope love and faith in God, repent and turn to him and He will draw near to you! He will call you his own and cover you under his wing! He will wash you clean and when it is your time he will call you home to him!
